Shipping and Return Policy


All orders in continental US receive free shipping on orders over $60 USD, otherwise shipping will be a flat rate of $9.99 USD per order. Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 1-4 days from our own facility in Newfoundland Canada
After your order has been packaged and a shipping label has been printed, you will receive an email automatically from Shopify with a tracking number.  We ship via USPS and UPS for American orders.

Please note that goods being imported (by you) may be assessed for applicable customs duties, taxes, and charges. It is your responsibility to pay for any duties and taxes.

All orders in Canada receive free shipping on orders over $75 CAD, otherwise shipping will be a flat rate of the equivalent of $9.99 CAD per order. Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 1-3 days. 
After your order has been shipped, you will be automatically emailed a tracking number from our online Shopify Store. We ship via Canada Post, FEDEX, CANPAR, UPS for Canadian orders.

At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada and the USA from our website. Please email us to place an order outside of the USA or Canada. We'll do our best to accomodate your order request.  


We want you to love your product(s) purchase! If you are not 100% satisfied with your ISC purchase or it has arrived damaged please contact us at 709 689 4458. We will happily replace or provide an online credit for a suitable replacement within 12 days of purchase. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition - we reserve the right to refuse a refund. 

To process your return, please e-mail us and provide your:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you are returning with photos
  • Reason for return
We will respond to your request within 2 business days. 

Shipping for Returned Items
You will be responsible for paying your return shipping costs. Please note that any original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

We will issue your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return. You will be notified via e-mail once the refund has been processed. The refunded amount should be available on your original method of payment within 8-12 business days, depending on your payment method.



We will always replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you'd like to exchange your product for the same item, please email us at  If you ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange for another product, please send us an email. We will exchange products that are unopened and unused, and sent via tracked shipping or were delivered by us. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we are not responsible for additional shipping costs.

Missing/Late Orders
If your order shows as delivered in our system but you have not received your package, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. 

Disclaimer: Due to courier delays due to weather on the island or mainland, your product may take longer than usual to arrive. You can expect orders from NL to take longer depending on where you live. ie) Nunavut is normally 2 weeks delivery by Canada Post in summer, later again for other busy times like Christmas.
